During the election of the 9 Committee mrs Joane kandie requested process of Voting because of numbers out of 27 delegates they were 34 
Ogiek delegates were 14
 
The election for 6 delegates was done yesterday
Now the remaining election is for cbo,People with special needs and minority and Marginalised 

A donor is not supposed to force the money to the communities who has the conflict of misunderstanding unless they is interest.

THE GOVERNMENT USED IMPERSONATORS WHO PRETENDED TO BE THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS FROM THE OGIEK COMMUNITY TO MARK THE BOUNDARIES.

The exercise of marking the boundaries by the government in the East part of Mau has excluded the Ogiek Community. This shows that the right to access the information has been violated,  Some of the beacons were installed inside bamboo forests, and they didn't consider social and environmental impact assessment . The government used impersonators who pretended to be the council of elders from the Ogiek Community to mark the boundaries from the Sururu, Likia Mauche, Nessuit, and Mariashoni Bararget with aims  To settle peoples from Bomet, Transmara, Kericho, and Baringo. This is after the state function, which took place at Mariashoni Kapsinendet one week ago.
