NOPUIYOPUI IS UNDER THE SIEGE BECAUSE OF EUCALYPTUS TREE'S AND SHAMBA SYSTEM.

The famous Wetlands well known As Nopuiyopui and Many Other wetlands around kiptunga Forest are becoming the Grazing site of Cows From Neighbouring County of Narok

Remember that these wetlands are the source of many rivers, including  River Mara ,Ewazo Nyiro,River Amalo, and Lake Victoria in kisumu County, which later joined River Nile in Egypt.

Nopuiyopui is now under the siege because of Eucalyptus Trees and shamba system Around the Wetland.

The exercise of marking the boundaries by the government in the East part of Mau has excluded the Ogiek Community.
