Mr president do you respect the Kenya constitution and Kenya law? if yes are you aware that the Ogiek Community of Kenya in Nakuru County Eastern Mau that's Kiptunga in Mariashoni are being evicted in their Ancestral land and they won both cases in Kenya and Arusha and they want implementation.

If you respect all. why are their beings violated by Kenyan Forest Service rangers and there are in their ancestral land?

2 Are you aware that Ogiek won ancestral land cases in Kenya and Tanzania?

3. The Kwanza government which is headed by you as the president accommodated the Ogiek Community in different ministry positions.

The exercise of marking the boundaries by the government in the East part of Mau has excluded the Ogiek Community. This shows that the right to access the information has been violated,  Some of the beacons were installed inside bamboo forests, and they didn't consider social and environmental impact assessment . The government used impersonators who pretended to be the council of elders from the Ogiek Community to mark the boundaries from the Sururu, Likia Mauche, Nessuit, and Mariashoni Bararget with aims  To settle peoples from Bomet, Transmara, Kericho, and Baringo. Mr. President,  you have been a champion of Environmental conservation, there was a time when you launched a campaign for 15 billion trees to be planted countrywide to mitigate the effects of climate change.  Now recently, if you are not aware, some leaders from Kericho,Bomet and Transmara want to disappoint you by looking for political mileage using the ruling of Judge Mutungi to bring people from Kericho, Transmara, Bomet and Narok just because of the interest of the kingpin. They have taken advantage of Judge Mutungi's judgement to create settlements in Indigenous forests. They intend to settle them in the areas of Vikingi, block 10, and Daraja Mungu. MASSIVE DESTRUCTION IN KIPTUNGA, LOGOMAN AND BARARGET FOREST STATION The Contingent forest guard yesterday in Kiptunga forest station Course Obstruction to the members of Fourth State Together with the members Ogiek  Community after they Were to Visit the scene of destruction where a Cedar tree of about more than 300 years that was Cut to fall down by the forest offenders. This is pure evidence and truth that shows that the forest manager of kiptunga and their forest Guard are aware of what's happening about illegal logging in the forest. The situation of the forest in Mariashoni forest station,Logoman and Bararget is not Good at all Therefore members adjacent to the  forest are asking immediate intervention and transfer of the officers as well as replacement of other officers in order to Stop the massive destruction in kiptunga,Mariashoni and Bararget Forest station.
