DONKEY FERRYNG FIREWOODS OR CARRYING ANYTHING OUT OF THE FOREST IS ILLEGAL.

MAU FOREST IMPROMPTU OPERATION BY KENYA FOREST SERVICE.

64 donkeys and owners were arrested on  29th Saturday of 2022 ferryng endangered cedar firewood.

Yesterday, Kenya Forest officers met with them and forgave them with conditions;

1. Donkey ferryng firewood or carryng anything out of the forest will be arrested and taken to court of Law effective from today.

2. Any person who will be carryng the firewood should get the receipt from the Kenya Forest offices, only exotic trees fall outs/anyone who will be caught carryng indigenous trees will be arrested and taken to court of justice.

3. Serious operations will be going on frequently in the forest.
